present cost  of the article Rs 41

Step-by-step explanation:

solution

Let cost of a painting = paints  + 2 canvas

original cost = Rs 18

so really paint = \frac{18}{3} =  6

so canvas = 12

so here

Now new paints    = 6 × \frac{7}{3}   = 14

and

new canvas  = 12 × \frac{9}{4} = 27

so that

new cost price = 14 + 27

new cost price = 41

and

now we consider  original cost = 450

so paint cost will be = 150 and canvas will be =  300

when increase in paint cost

increased paint cost  =  150  × \frac{7}{3}  = 350

and

increased  in canvas =   300  × \frac{9}{4}  = 675

so

total Increased cost = 675 + 350 = 1025

so here when increase  450 to 1025

than increase by Rs 18 will be  = 18 × \frac{450}{1025} = Rs 41

The current price of the product is Rs 41.

Step-by-step explanation:

solution

Let cost of a painting = paints  + 2canvas

original cost = Rs 18

so really paint =\frac{18}{3}  =  6

so canvas = 12

so here

Now new paints  =6\times \frac{7}{3} =14

and

new canvas  = 12\times \frac{9}{4} =27

so that

new cost price = 14 + 27

new cost price= 41

and

now we consider  original cost= 450

so paint cost will be = 150 and canvas will be = 300

when an increase in paint cost

increased paint cost  =  150 \times \frac{7}{3}  = 350

and

increased  in canvas = 300 \times \frac{9}{4} = 675

so

total Increased cost = 675 + 350 = 1025

so here when increase  450 to 1025

than increase by Rs 18 will be  = 18 ×  = Rs 41
