Solution:

$\implies$ $16 \frac{2}{3}$ can also be written as $\frac{50}{3}$

$\implies$ $4 \frac{1}{6}$can also be written as $\frac{25}{6}$

The cost of Pen $\frac{50}{3}$ is more .

★Now,we have to find by how much it is more :

=$\frac{50}{3}$- $\frac{25}{6}$

=$\frac{100 - 25}{6}$

=$\frac{75}{6}$

=$\frac{ 25}{2}$

It can also be written as : $12\frac{1}{2}$
