Answer:

cost of book= x

cost of pen=1,20x=90+0,90x

cost of CD=3/4(1,20x)=0.90x

1,20x=90+0.90x

1,20x-0,90x=90

0,30x=90

x=90/0,30- 300 taka ( cost of book)

answer

Check:

cost of pen=20% more than the cost of

book 0,20(300)+300=60+300=360 or

=

1,20(300)=360

cost of pen=90+3/4(cost of

pen)=90+3/4(360)=90+270=360 which

is 90 more than that of CD,

cost of CD=3/4 as much as the cost of

pen =3/4(360)= 270 or 0.90x, because

3/4 of 1,20x=0.90 x=0,90(300)=270 Ok

percentage = 360/270 x100 = 4/3 x 10

=40/3 =13.33° %
