less than therefore,10000-4000=6000

cost price of washing machine =5%less to t.v. price

then5/100×6000=300

6000-300=5700

cost price of computer is 60%more the sum of t.v.and washing machines so,that

6000+5700=11700

-> 60/100×11700=7020

the cost price are =11700+7020=18720
