CP=15500+450 = 15,950

Profit -= SP-CP

If cp is 100 then sp 15

If cp is 1, sp = 15/100

if cp=15,950, sp = 15/100x15950

Therefore S.P. = Rs2392.5

Answer:

cost \: price \: of \: aticle \: = rs. \:15500 \:  \\ cost \: of \: repair \:  = rs.450 \\ total \: cost \: of \: article \: = 15\% \:  \\ profit \: (rs.) =  \frac{15}{100}  \times 15950 = 2392.5 \\ selling \: price \:  = cost \: price + profit \:  \\ selling \: price \:  = 15905 + 2392.5 = rs.18342.5
