The cost of an article was rupees 15500. rupees for 450 were spent on its repairs. If it is sold for a profit of 15%, find selling price of the article. ​

Answer:

CP=15500+450=15950rs

P=15%ofCP=15×15950/100=2392.5rs

we know that SP-CP=P

SP=CP+P

=15950+2392.5=18342.5rs
