Now Cost of carpenting is  = Length * Breadth * cost = rs.64000

x =$\sqrt{16}$ = 4

Now we have Length = 4x = 16

Breadth = 2x = 8 and height = x = 4

Now to Plaster the 4 walls with 2 walls having length of 16

and another 2 walls where the breadth = 8

so the area = 2 * 8 * 4 + 2 * 16 * 4

= 64 + 128

= 192 sq.m
