Answer:

The cost fencing is ₹850.

Step-by-step explanation:

Rate of Cultivating Rectangular field = ₹3 x Area of Rectangular Field

Here it is given that rate of cultivating field is  ₹1728

∴ 3 x Area Of Rectangular Field = 1728

  Area of Rectangular field = \frac{1728}{3}

                                             = 576m^{2}

We know that,

Breadth of the field = 18m

Area of the field = L x B

                   576 = L x 18

                    L    =    \frac{576}{18}

                    L    = 32m

So we found that he length is 32m.

Perimeter of Rectangle = 2(l+b)

                                      = 2(32+18)

                                      = 2 x 50

                                      = 100m

Cost of Fencing = ₹8.5 x Perimeter

                           = ₹8.5 x 100

                           = ₹850

∴The cost fencing is ₹850.
