directly as the square of its
weight. A diamond weighting 10 decigrams costs Rs. 8,000. If it breaks into two pieces whose weights are in the ratio 3:2, then the loss incurred (in rupees) is________.​

ANSWER : 4800:3200

EXPLAINING: ADD THE RATIO = 3+2 =5 PARTS

EACH PART = 8000÷5

= 1600

[ SO RATIO = 3×1600:2×1600 =4800:3200
