The cost of fencing a circular plot at the rate of `15 per m is ` 3300. What will be the cost of flooring the plot at the rate of ` 100 per sq m?

Cost of fencing a circular plot @15/m is 3300,

∴The perimeter of the circular plot=3300/15

                                                         =220 m

Let the radius of the circle be 'r'.

Circumference of circle  = $2\pi r$

∴ 220 =  $2\pi r$

∴ r = 35 m

Now,

Area of circular plot = $\pi r²$

                                 =$\pi$*35²

                                 =3850 m²

Cost of flooring the plot @100/m = Area*100

                                                      = ₹ 385000
