I THNK ..FOR FENCING..USE PERMITER FORMULA TO GET THE ANSWER

Breadth=23
Let Length be x
Perimeter =2(l+b)
=2(x+23)
=2x+46=3960
=2x=3960-46
=2x=3914
=x=3914/2
=x=1957
So length is 1957cm.
Area= l*b
=1957*23
=45011cm square
