In this question, we are provided with cost of fencing per metre and the cost of fencing the whole park, so using these values, first we should find the perimetre of the park............

Perimetre of the park :-

${\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{1365}{21}}$

${\tt \longrightarrow \cancel \dfrac{1365}{21} = 65 \sf \: Metres}$

Now,

Breadth of the park :-

${\sf \longrightarrow \dfrac{Perimetre}{2} - Length}$

$\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{65}{2} - 21$

$\tt \longrightarrow \cancel \dfrac{65}{2} - 21 = \boxed{\tt 32.5 - 21}$

$\tt \longrightarrow 11.5 \sf \: \: cm$

$\Huge\therefore$ The Breadth of the rectangular park is 11.5 cm.
