 \huge\underbrace \color{violet}Explanation

To find :-

▪︎The area of the rectangular garden .

Given:-

▪︎The cost of fencing the garden was Rupees 64500

▪︎Rate of cost = Rupees 50 per metre

▪︎The length and breadth of the garden are in the ratio 9 :6

Assuming:-

▪︎Let the length be 9x and 6x

Formula:-

  • Perimeter od rect. =2(length +breadth)

  • Area of rect. = length × breadth

Solution:-

▪︎The perimeter of the garden

 -  >  \frac{cost \: of \: fencing}{rate \: of \: cost}

 -  >  \frac{64500}{50}  = 1290m

ATQ

》2(9x+6x)=1290

=>2(15x)=1290

=>30x = 1290

x =  \frac{1290}{30}   \\ x = 43

▪︎Therefore, Length = 9x =9×43=387m

▪︎And ,Breadth =6x =6×43=258m

 \color{lightgreen}length = 387m

 \color{yellow}breadth = 258m

▪︎Therefore, area of the garden

 -  > 387 \times 258  = 99846 {m}^{2}

Hence :-

 \underbrace\color{pink}Area =99846 {m}^{2}

Extra information:

  • Circumference of circle = 2 pie r

  • Hypotenuse ²= Base ²+height ²

  • Area of trapezium = 1/2(sum of parallel sides)×height

  • Surface area of cuboid = 2 (Length x Breadth + breadth x height + Length x height)

  • Lateral Surface area of cuboid = 2 height(length + breadth)

  • Volume of the cuboid = (length × breadth × height)
