your answer is here___

let the side of sqaure be a,then. it's perimeter =4a. Now,cost of fencing the field=Rs4a(16) But cost=32000.so, 4a(16)=32000. a=32000/16(4) a= 500. Now area of field= 500(500)=250000. cost ploughing 1m= Rs1/4 Hence,cost of ploughing = Rs250000/4=Rs62500.

cost of fencing = 16/m^2
total money = 32000 rs
length of fence = 32000/16
                         =2000m
now we have the perimeter = 2000m
one side of square = 2000/4
                               = 500m

area of square = 500 x 500
                         250000 m^2

cost per 100 m square = 25
cost per 1 m square = 25/100
                                 =1/4
Total cost of ploughing = 1/4  x 250000
                                     = 62500 rs
