Heya mate,
Here is your answer,

flooring 1m² costs = Rs.20
total cost for flooring the floor = Rs.4200
length of the floor = l = 21m
let the breadth = b

Area of the floor = l × b = 21m × b

cost of flooring of the room = area of the room × cost of flooring per m²

=> 4200 = ( 21 × b ) × 20

=> 4200/20 = 21 × b

=> 21 × b = 210

=> b = 210/21
= 10m

Hence the breadth (b) of the room is 10m.

I tried to explain it in the simples method

Hope this helps
