So, area of the square lawn = Total cost/Cost per square meter
= 19935/15
Area of the square lawn = 1329 sq m

Area of square = Side*Side
So, each side of square lawn = √1329

Each side of square lawn = 36.45 m

Now, 
Perimeter of the square lawn = 4*Side
= 4*36.45
Perimeter of the square lawn = 145.8 m

Cost of fencing the square lawn = 22 per meter

Total cost of fencing the square lawn = 145.8*22
Total cost of fencing = Rs . 3207.6
