We know that,

Cost of leveling = Area of square x cost of leveling per m²

⇒ 20535 = a² x 15                             a = length of a side,

⇒ a² = $\frac{20535}{15}$

⇒ a² = 1369

⇒ $a =  \sqrt{1369}$

⇒ $a = \sqrt{37^2}$

⇒  a = 37 m,

⇒ 4a x 22
