Hey,.
Area of the triangular field ...using heron's formula,
semi perimeter=51+37+20/2=54m
So, area = √s(s-a) (s-b) (s-c)
=√54(54-51)(54-37)(54-20)
=√54*3*17*34
=√93636
=306m^2.
So, now, cost of levelling = area * rate
980=306*3
980 = 918
Therefore, since, cost of levelling the field at the rate of Rs 3 per square is not Rs 980.And so the given statement is false.
