Answer:

Let's the cost of one marker be n and cost of one pen be 2n [double of one marker]

According to the Question :

⇢ 10 pens + 5 markers = $50

⇢ (10 × 2n) + (5 × n) = $50

⇢ 20n + 5n = $50

⇢ 25n = $50

⇢ n = $50 / 25

⇢ n = $2

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀───────────────

Cost of one Pen :

⇒ Pen = 2n

⇒ Pen = 2 × $2

Pen = $4

Hence, the cost of one pen is $4.
