so 342 g=342*36 /1000 =12312/1000= Rs12.312

salt=NaCl

mol.wt=58.5....so 1 mole=58.5

1000g=Rs 12

so 58.5g = 58.5*12 / 1000=702/1000=Rs 0.702

since 12.312>0.702

so sugar has more cost
