let the cost of a mangoe =X

let the cost of a apple =Y

case. 1:

so the cost of 10 mangoes =10X

then the cost of 9 apples=9Y

total cost of 10mangoes and 9 apples together =rs. 104

i. e. 10X + 9Y=104 ----------->eqn .1

case. 2:

cost of 27 mangoes =27X

cost of 25 apples= 25Y

totaL cost of 27 mangoes and 25 apples =rs 285

i. e. 27X +25Y =285....---------->eqn. 2

solving eqn.1 and eqn. 2

10X +9Y =104....eqn. 1

27X +25Y =285......eqn. 2

from eqn. 1

10X + 9Y= 104
