let cost of 1 mangoes is x and cost of 1 Apple is y
so 10x+9y=48.... (1)
and 27x+25y=131...... (2)
solving 1 and 2
we get x=3 y=2
so cost of 3mangoes and 2 apples is 3x+2y=9+4=13 rs

JoshuaPaul: Thanks for the solution.
