Solution:

Solve for chairs,

Eliminate tables,

Hence,

9 chairs + 12 tables = 7500 rupees ( Multiplied by 3 )

16 chairs + 12 tables = 9600 rupees ( Multiplied by 4 )

Solving,

-7 chairs = -2100 rupees

Cancelling negative sign on both sides,

7 chairs = 2100 rupees

Hence, the cost of one chair = 300 rupees.
