COST OF TURNING EACH SQ.M=Rs 9

THEREFORE TOTAL SQ METERS =5544/9=616m²

THEREFORE

$\pi \: r {}^{2}$

this above given formula is equal to 616m²

THEREFORE

r²=616/(22/7)

r=square root of 28×7

which is equal to 14 m

Now diameter =2r=2×14m=28m
