Given data in the questions are as follows

The cost of water bottle in Dubai is Rs. $50$

The cost of the water bottle India is Rs.$10$

We have to calculated percentage increase in the cost of the water bottle between two countries.

so, difference between cost of two water bottle between two countries i.e difference of $50$ and $10$ it get  $40$,we get

$50-10=40$

now, percentage increase in the cost of water bottle is $\frac{40}{10} \times100=400$%,

Therefore, the percentage increase in the cost of the water bottle between two countries is equal to $400$%
