C.P of 12 mangoes=S.P of 15 mangoes
S.P of 12 mangoes=C.P of 15 mangoes (C.P becomes S.P and S.P become C.P)
Let the price of each unit be Rs. 1
C.P>S.P =loss
loss=C.P-S.P
=Rs.15-Rs12
=Rs.3
loss%=loss/C.P*100
=3/15*100
=20%
Therefore answer=20%

loss % = C.P -S.P / C.P * 100
= 12 - 15/ 12 * 100
= 3 / 12 * 100
= 25 %
