Cost price of the article = ₹6250

Loss on selling the article = 24₹ of CP( 6250 )

Selling price of the article = CP - loss

Selling price of the article = ₹6250 - ( 24% of 6250 )

Selling price of the article = 6250 { 1 - ( 24 / 100 ) }

Selling price of the article = ₹6250{ ( 100 - 24 ) / 100 }

Selling price of the article =₹ 62.5( 76 )

Selling price of the article = 4750

Therefore, Selling price of the article is ₹4750
