The countries of middle east have very high per capita income due to revenues from crude oil but they are otherwise not developed. inpite of high per capita income why countries of middle east are not do called developed ? what factor other than income or important aspects if development

• there are other factors which are equally important as income like environment, health, education.

A country should be good in all these factors before declaring itself as a developed country
