                                   x-y=10                                                             .......2

                               x=y+10  

             using in equation 1 , we get

                            2(y+10) +3y =5

                             2y+20+3y=5

                             5y+20=5

                             5(y+4)=5

                                y+4=1

                                 y=-3

               using y=-3  in  equation 2

                                 x-y=10

                                   x=y+10

                                  x= (-3)+10

                                   x=7                

                therefore , the submarine can be destroyed  at (7,-3)
