2πr = length of rectangle

h = breadth of rectangle

we have circumference of its base = 110 cm

2πr = 110

$r = \frac{110}{2\pi}\\ r = 17.5\: cm$

$C.S.A = 2\pi\times r\times h\\4400 = 110h\\h = \frac{4400}{11}\\h = 40 cm$

$Volume = 2 \pi r^{2} h \\ = 2 \pi (17.5)^{2} \times 40 \\ = 76969.02 \: cm^{3}$
