all the best friendsssssssss
The hardest challenge that brought out the best in me was moving out of my house, moving out of my comfort zone.
Although I have started my path to an unconventional career path quite early and I had faced a lot of hurdles, failures that not many teenagers face. I thought I was independent, out of my comfort zone, but it turns out that I wasn’t.
I was still in the comfort zone, in the comfort of my house where I just had to work on my online stuff and everything else was at my service. I took all these things for granted until I traveled to Shenzhen, China for 24 days alone for an event and that is when I understood the real meaning of being independent and I decided to expand horizons and I shifted to Bangalore from my hometown Chennai for 10 months. I rented a 1BHK flat and I learned a lot of things during it which has bought the best in me.
- I learned about management.
- I became much more careful about my expenses.
- I earn money but while living with my family, all the expenses were taken care of by my dad. I rarely used to pay when I was out with my family.
- But in Banglore, it was a completely different scenario.
- Paying rent. Buying daily essentials. Petrol. Cab fare. Entertainment. Everything was coming out of my pocket and I realized the value of money.
- I learned about finance. I learned about the stock market and investing. I gained financial literacy and I started to manage money even better.
- I learned cooking.
- I ‘actually’ had left my comfort zone.
- I might have done something in my career but I was still in my comfort zone when I was living with my family because ‘I just used to work and nothing else’
- The food was served, the house was cleaned, my clothes were washed, the utensils were washed. Everything was ready and served in a platter.
- And I used to take those things for granted and then I finally understood the value of it.
- I became independent in my true self.
- I realized that 24 hours a day is much more than enough.
- Lastly, I had grown up.
When I came back to my hometown Chennai, I was a completely different person.
hope this will help you.....
