In all the above discussions, the formula mentioned for calculating torque is T= F*r

I wanted to know if we can use the following formula to calculate torque required at the wheel:

P=2*pi*N*T/60, where N is rpm, P is power in Watts and T is torque

For my application I have tried calculations with both these formulas and my answers don't match.
