See the formula is
Refractive index= cosec of the critical angle
So , we get , refractive index as 2 bcs sin30 is 1/2
So , refractive index=velocity of light in air/ velocity of medium
Therefore , we get the answer as 1.5 m/s

2=(3*10^8)/ x
Where. X is speed of light in medium
2X=3*10^8
X=3*10^8/2
