the cross sectional area of a bar magnet 10m long is 1.2 cm ².If the magnetic moment of the magnetic is 2.4 a.m² find its magnetization.​

To find magnetization ,

M_{z} = \frac{M_net}{V}

V = length (l) × cross sectional area (a)

⇒ 10 × 1.2 × 10^{-4}

⇒ 1.2 × 10^{-3}

M_{z} = \frac{2.4}{1.2 x 10^{-3} }

M_{z} = 2 x 10³ = 2000 A/M

∴ The magnetization of a bar magnet is 2000 A/M
