it is true that the crowd in Julius Caesar by Shakespeare is fickle minded
Earlier the public was a great supporter of Julius Caesar but when Julius Caesar was murdered and Brutus explained it to the public that they had to kill Julius Caesar because of his ambition. just then the public changed their mind and started blaming Julius Caesar. Now according to them Julius Caesar was tyrannious. But when again Antony gave his speech the public supported him and again changed their mind. Now Julius Caesar was a great great personality for them.
thus we can say the crowd was fickle minded, as they didn't stick to one decision.
