Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

C.S.A of cone = 4070cm²

diameter of cone = 70cm

radius =  70/2 = 35cm

πrl = 4070cm²

π×35×l=4070

(22/7)35×l=4070

22×5×l=4070

110×l=4070

l=4070/110

l=407/11

l= 37cm

Therefore slant height = 37cm

T.S.A of cone= πr(l+r)

= (22/7)35(37+35)

= 22×5(72)

= 110(72)

= 7920cm²

Therefore the T.S.A of cone is 7920cm²

we need hieght for volume = (h²= l²-r²)

37²-35² = 1369-1225 = 144

h²=144

h=√144

h= 12cm

Volume of cone = 1/3πr²h

= 1/3(22/7)35×35×12

= 22×5×35×4

= 110×140

=15400cm³

Therefore the volume of cone is 15400cm³.
