HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

Curved surface area = 264 m square

➡ 2πrh = 264

➡ 2*22/7*r*h = 264

➡ 44/7*rh = 264

➡ rh = 264*7/44

(264/44 = 6)

➡ rh = 6*7

➡ rh = 42

Volume = 924 m cube

➡ πr^2h = 924

➡ 22/7*r*r*h = 924

➡ 22/7*r*42 = 924

➡ 22/7*r = 924/42

➡ 22/7*r = 22

➡ r = 22*7/22

➡ r = 7

As r*h = 42
r = 7
=> 7*h = 42
=> h = 42/7
=> h = 6

Hence height (h) = 6m

Solution :

Given -

Curved Surface Area ( CSA ) of the cylinder = 262 cm²

Volume of the Cylinder = 924 cm³

To Find the Height of the Cylinder :-

We know that ,

Curved Surface Area of the Cylinder = 2πrh

 = > 224 = 2\times\frac{22}{7}\times r\timesh

 =  &gt; r \times h =\frac{264 \times 7}{44} [tex]<br /><br />[tex] =&gt; r\times h = \frac{1848}{44}

 =  &gt; r \times h = 42[tex]<br /><br />[tex] = &gt; h =\frac{42}{r} [tex]<br /><br />Now , <br /><br />We also know that , <br /><br />Volume of the Cylinder = 2πr²h <br /><br />Assuming here the value of h = 42/r , we get :- <br /><br />[tex] = &gt; 924 =\frac{22}{7}  \times r^{2}  \time\frac{42}{r}

 =  &gt; 924r = 924 \times 7 ............(both \: 924 \: get\: cancelled)

 = &gt; r = 7

So ,

Radius we obtained here is 7 cm and diameter will be ( 7 × 2 ) cm i.e. 14 cm

At the last , Height =

 =  &gt;\frac{42}{7}  = 6\:cm

Hence ,

Height of the Given Cylinder = 6 cm
