t2 = 100sec
since , we know that
I = q/t
in first case
I = 2 - 0.02t1 = 2 - 0.02*0 = 2 amphere
therefore
2 = charge/ 0 # 2 (undefined)
in second case
I = 2 - 0.02*100 = 2-2 = 0 amphere
therefore,
I = q/t
0 = q/100
