0.72=q/1
=q=0.72

I = 0.72 A
Time,
A = 4s 
B = 7 min = 7 X 60 = 420 s

For A,
I = Q/t
Q = it
Q = 0.72 X 4 
Q = 2.88 C
------------------------------------------------
For B,
Q = it
Q = 0.72 X 420
Q = 302.4 C

Thus, the charge passes through wire in 4 s is 2.88 C and in 7 min, the charge passes is 302.4 C.
