Given :

The current through a wire connected to a condenser varies with time as

I=(2t+1) A .

To Find :

The charge transport to the condenser from t=0 to t=5 s .

Solution :

We know , charge is given by :

Q=\int\limits^5_0 {I} \, dt\\\\Q=\int\limits^5_0 {(2t+1)} \, dt\\\\Q=|t^2+t|_0^5\\\\Q=(5^2+5)-(0+0)\\\\Q=30\ C

Therefore , the charge transport to the condenser from t=0 to t=5 s is 30 C .

Hence , this is the required solution .
