So curved surface area of cylinder = 2πrh
Total sueface area = 2πrh + 2πr² = 2πr( h + r )
2πrh / 2πr( h + r ) = 9 / 16
h / ( h + r ) = 9 / 16
16 h = 9( h + r )
16 h - 9 h = 9r
7 h / 9 = r
Curved surfaces area = 2πrh
1584 m² = 2 × 22/7 × 7h/9 × h
1584 × 7/22 × 1/2 × 9/7 = h²
√324 = h
18 m = height
Hence height is 18 m
