Curved surface are = 176cm²

Base area = 38.5 cm²
Area = πr²

 \frac{385}{10}  =  \frac{22}{7}   \times  {r}^{2}

 \frac{385 \times 7}{10 \times  \times 22}  =  {r}^{2}

r² = 3.5 cm

let the height be h

curved surface area = 2πrh

176 = 2  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{35}{10}  \times h
 \frac{176 \times 10 \times 7}{2 \times 22 \times 35}  = h
h = 8cm

Volume = πr²h

 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{35}{10}  \times  \frac{35}{10}  \times 8

= 308cm³
