CSA of cylinder = 264 m^2
=> 2pi r*h = 264 -------(1)

Now,
Volume = 924
=> pi *r^2 h = 924 -------(2)

On dividing equation 2 by equation 1, we get

=> r/2 = 924/264
=> r = 3.5 * 2
=> Radius of cylinder = 7 cm
Diameter of cylinder = 14 cm

On putting the value of r in equation 1, we get
2*pi*7*h = 264
=> 44*7h/7 = 264
=> h = 264/44
=> h = 6

Height : Diameter = 6:14
= 3:7
