Solution :

Formulas to be used :

⇒ CSA of cylinder = 2πrh

⇒ Circumference of base of cylinder = 2πr

⇒ Volume of cylinder = πr²h

Therefore,

⇒ 2πrh = 4400

⇒ h = 4400/2πr

⇒ h = 4400/110 [∵ 2πh = 110 cm]

⇒ h = 40 cm

Now,

⇒ 2πr = 110

⇒ r = 110/2π

⇒ r = 110/(2 × 22/7)

⇒ r = 110 × (7/44)

⇒ r = 35/2 cm

Therefore,
