Given curved surface area of cylinder =4400 cm^2
circumference of its base = 110 cm

since , we know that circumference of the base of cylinder = circumference of circle = 2πr
_______________________________
Given , circumference = 110 cm

2πr = 110 cm

r = 110 × 7 / 22 × 2 = 17.5 cm

since , curved surface area of cylinder

= 4400cm^2

2πrh = 4400

2πr × h = 4400

110 × h = 4400

h = 40 cm

so now height of cylinder (h) = 40 cm
_______________________________
since , we know that

volume of cylinder = πr^2h

= π × ( 17.5)^2 × 40

= π × 306.25 × 40

= 12250 π = 12250 × 22 / 7

= 38,500 cm^3

therefore,

height of cylinder = 40 cm and

volume of cylinder(V) =38,500 cm^3
