Answer:

CSA of the Cylinder = 4400 cm²

Circumference of the circular base = 110 cm.

            "             "    "         "          "    = 2πr

Therefore, 2 x 22/7 x r = 110 cm.

22/7 x r = 110/2

22/7 x r = 55

22 x r = 55 x 7

22 x r = 385

r = 385/22

r = 17.5 cm

Now, CSA of the Cylinder = 2πrh

Therefore, 2 x 22/7 x 17.5 x h = 4400 cm²

22/7 x 17.5 x h = 4400/2

22/7 x 17.5 x h = 2200

22 x 17.5 x h = 2200 x 7

22 x 17.5 x h = 15400

17.5 x h = 15400/22

17.5 x h = 700

h = 700/17.5

h = 7000/175

h = 40 cm

Volume of a Cylinder = πr²h

Volume = 22/7 x 17.5 x 17.5 x 40

22 x 2.5 x 17.5 x 40

880 x 43.75

Volume = 38500 cm³

And, Height = 40 cm

Hope this helped you mate!
