according to question ,

616=2*22/7*20*r

616*7/22*2*20=r

4312/880=r

4.9=r

t.s.a=2 pi r(r+h)

=2*22/7*4.9*24.9

=2*22*0.7*24.9

=44*0.7*24.9

=30.8*24.9

=766.92 cm squared

hieght     = 20cm

 CSA = 2πrh

 616    =2×π×r×20

 616    = 40πr

 616/40 = πr

  15.4    = πr

     15. 4/π= r

(15.4×7)/22 = r

         4.9cm = r

TSA = 2πr(h+r)

        = 2π×4.9×(20+4.9)

        = 2π×122.01

         = 244.02π

         = 766.92cm²
