Given :-

height :- 21cm

C.S.A. :- 132cm²

R.T.F. = the diameter of the base

curved surface area of a cylinder = 2πrh

132 {cm}^{2}  = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \times 21  \\132 {cm}^{2}  = 2 \times  \frac{22}{\cancel7}  \times r \times \cancel21  \\    \\ r =  \frac{132}{2 \times 22 \times 3}  \\ r = 1cm \:  \\ then \: diametre \: will \: be \: 2(r) = 2(1cm) \\  = 2cm

therefore the diameter of the cylinder is 2cm
