The curved surface area of a cylinder pillar is 264 m^2and its volume is 924m^3 . Find the diameter and the height of the pillar.

924=22/7*r^2h

42*7=r×r×h-------(1)

curved surface area=2πrh
264=22/7*2*rh
42=rh------(2)
substitute rh value in(1)
42*7=r×42
r=7
diameter=14
substitute r value in (2)
h=6
