Here, r is radius and h is height

We just have to put values into formula

2πrh = 176

2 * 22/7 * r * 8 = 176

16 * 22/7 * r = 176

22/7 * r = 176/16

22/7 * r = 11

22r = 11*7

r = 77/22

r = 3.5

Hence, radius of base is 3.5 cm.
